Alan and Steve's Guarantee to you.
Our guarantee covers your JukiHZL-353Z for two years and includes parts and labour. Dad always used to say the workshop is the backbone of our business. From the 1970's both Alan and Steve learned the trade by starting in the workshop. Since those early days, we have both attended many technical training courses across the UK, Germany and Switzerland.
Our mechanics, Shahid, our workshop manager, and Luke are both highly skilled. They have both received excellent training, and now take care of the day to day running of our workshop.
Your sewing machine is safe in our very competent hands.
Remember: to keep your original packaging should you need to send your Juki back to us.
What's not covered: Transport, needles, bulbs, needle threader
