I've always been a creative person and I come from a creative background. After attending a variety of design courses I decided in 2007 to set up my own business. I now have a shop, just a short walk from Bambers, where I produce and supply my own designer handbags. My label is Eliza Maccabe and all my products are aimed at women who like to feel elegant, glamourous and refined.
I like to focus on limited editions and bespoke designs, and my work is hand crafted with great care to ensure quality and standards of excellence.
Drawing on my creative and practical talents, I have recently expanded the range of my business to include a handbag repair service and an interior design service. I also run a number of Workshops at Bambers, including a Handbag Design Workshop and a Millinery Workshop.
I aim to develop the Eliza Maccabe label into a successful brand name and I hope to expand into other exciting areas of fashion accessories. So, watch this space.......
